Our professional marketing services (such as targeted social media sharing or dedicated placement) are considered "rendered" once the campaign start date has passed. Refunds are not available for services that have already commenced or been completed.
Exceptions & Errors
Resolution Protocol
In the rare event of a technical transaction failure (where your payment was successful but credits were not allocated), we will provide a full manual allocation of credit or a reversal of the transaction once the error is verified by our financial department.
